Return Policy:

Customers have a 48-hours window from the time of receiving the product to return it for unpredictable issues. To initiate a return, kindly notify us at via email. Please note that items opened from the box or used are non-refundable. Cancellation fees cover both handling and shipment; the client is responsible for these fees for each leg of the journey.

Defective Products:

For damaged or missing parts, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos demonstrating that the product is still in brand-new condition and unused.
